GGI Nippon Life and GGI Tokio Marine were joint ventures in the Myanmar insurance market, GGI being a leading local operator, identified as a key partner for Life Insurance, and General Insurance for Nippon Life, and Tokio Marine accordingly. There was a need to bring two diverse businesses together under the joint venture approach, and then communicate the rebranding and products to the market.

LIQUID’s role was to ensure a smooth brand integration as a first step and create the master brand document to guide how the brands are to be used independently and also together. Once the branding was clearly visualised and articulated, the next goal was to bring the new branding to market, and create a campaign which educated the audience about the new joint ventures, before directly communicating the products into the marketplace via multiple media channels, both online and offline.
