Creating a London based Thai delivery brand
For this new restaurant delivery brand, the brief LIQUID was given was to create a brand that was more reflective of modern Thailand – and avoid the cliches of classic elephants, “wais”, and other obvious, outdated symbols of Thai culture.
LIQUID’s goal was to reflect the modern, contemporary experiences that visitors to Thailand – and Bangkok especially – would remember; the streets, the edginess, the patina, and of course the incredible culinary flavours that make up Thai cuisine.

Solution
Starting with a blank piece of paper we conceptualised and brought together different elements to create various mood boards that showed the complete spectrum of modern Thailand, as well as classic symbols, artefacts and ideas. Inspired by both the traditions of Bangkok culture, and the urban style that defines the bustling inner city streets of Thailand’s capital city, Burning Rose was inspired by the artefacts of yesteryear, but interpreted into the modern zeitgeist of Bangkok to create an existing and contemporary brand.
